Meal for the night

I am a late owl. I am done for all the calories I can have in a day. I am feeling way too hungry right now. It's my first day of going in calorie deficit. I am trying hard but not able to control the hunger. Any suggestion what could be healthy and filling appetite right now.

    Try some water or herbal tea. Herbal tea will give you some flavor without calories as long as you drink it without sweetener. A lot of time hunger is actually thirst, so if you haven't had any water recently try that first.

    Have some PB on toast or whatever else you feel like.

    As you have just started, don't worry too much about staying within your deficit.
    Spend a couple of weeks learning how to weigh your food and log it accurately.

    Work out what foods are most filling, long term, and which aren't worth the calories.

    Also look at when you eat. If you are a night owl, save some calories so there is room for a snack.

    I go to bed between 2-3 am, so always have a couple of hundred calories, at least, for late night.

    I appreciate for your time. I am saving some calories for the night today. Hopefully it works.trying to get as healthy this summer

    What are your stats and how large a deficit have you set yourself?

    I used to have 2600 calories and now it's 1500 from yesterday.

    I am not a big fan of tea. I know sometimes it's thirst but sometime you are actually hungry. Another thing beside tea

    That's pretty low for a man, no wonder you're hungry.

    What's your current weight, height and activity level (desk job, on your feet all day, etc.)?
