Newbie alert

Hi everyone I’m a newbie to MFP. I have done slimming world in the past but my head is just not in it so I thought give MFP a go. Has anyone got any tips. I am working on 1600 cals a day. I spin 3 times a week and hit train once a week. The food is my downfall. Any help is appreciated.

    Calorie counting is what helped me get a handle on my food intake. I'd tend to feel very guilty if I went over my goals. There are also those times when I've hit my goal but I'm still just really hungry, for those times I began eating lots of celery, it's very low cal and great for you.
