Maximum Heart Rate?

whats the maximum heart rate for a 26 year old, female, 107lbs?? ive read a bunch of different things.

Max HR can be determined by the formula: 220-age. So yours would be 194. When you exercising you often want to exercise at a percentage of your max HR. I'd say don't go over 85% of your max HR, which for you would be 165. There are other formulas out there, but I think this is most simple.0

The 220-age can be off by up to 45 points. If you email me your resting heart rate I can figure your exact heart rate for resting, fat burning zone, cardio zone, and max heart rate. I can at least use something I went to school with0
