Lol. First off... not my husband. That’s my Gubby. Aka. He’d date you before he’d ever kiss me. Secondly he is kinda prettty.

We are all our own worst critics. I’m sure you’re great!

Okay, so this thread makes me super self-conscious. I am not the epitome of fitness or "having my *kitten* together", so my progress has been snail pace slow. At my heaviest, I weighed 226 lbs (precisely one pound more than at the end of my pregnancy).
Now I'm around 190 - 198 lbs depending on time of the month, whether I watch what I eat, etc. But I look essentially the same. No magic girl transformation for me.
From Key West at the beginning of this year:
I dunno.. I guess I'm posting because I want other people to come in here and at least see that we're all in various stages of "getting it together" and that we might not all look like we're at peak condition or an exemplary stage of fitness.
I hope I get there one day.

Sadly, that was not my highest weight. The other two are from last year (80 pounds down). That was my very first bathing suit and I actually wore it out in public. Yes, I picked one that covered the most, but it was still a pretty big thing for me. AND I let my daughter take my picture in it. It was very hard to find a "Before" picture- I avoided cameras like the plague back then.
(Also- THANK YOU to you ladies who told me to live a little and wear a bathing suit in public. I did!)
4 kids.... God bless you.
You look amazing! Congratulations! And look at that lovely smile!
Thank you.0 -
