Hello Everyone!

I have been following the KETO plan and my body is really showing good results. I have cheated a handful of times, but got right back to eating healthy.
My skin rashes, swelling, inflammation and stomach pains are gone now since eating clean. I'm pretty sure I was pre diabetic with all the sugar I was consuming. I started exercising 3-5 days a week at home- dance, leg lifts, and just running in place and I walk 2-3x a week.
I've been a yo yo with eating addiction the majority of my life, but I can say I have retrained my brain. Finally!

23 pounds in about a month? Is that a bit fast?2

I consume 1300 calories a day. And it's been close to 7 weeks. I really believe the inflammation/swelling from processed foods had cause me to gain so much weight, and eating clean It went away. . I shed weight and gain weight fast. I've gained 10lbs in one week before.3

I can see a big difference already. I know your very excited but please make sure your mindful of your calories and do not eat too little.
Fast weight loss can be normal at first though. Just please be mindful that your getting enough calories. ( I'm not trying to rain on your parade and not trying to be mean or rude. I'm genuinely saying this out of concern because that seems to be a very large difference in a short time frame but like I said, things can move faster at first sometimes)
Otherwise your looking great and showing results already! Great job! Keep up the good work!0
