Amy's Kitchen Frozen Meals

Man, I love these things. They aren't too bad when I try to fit them with my micronutrients. My fav so far is the Mushroom Risotto. Anyone tried them?

    I used to have them a ton. I stopped mostly because they weren't too filling to me, the protein is pretty low, and the sodium was a bit higher than I liked. I'm a big fan of the 2 curries they have (green and red).

    Have eaten them. Pretty much takes two to fill me up. Found things I like better.

    I love them too! They are my favorite convenience food .Tofu Scramble, the kale pasta, the nlack bean burrito and the curries are my favorites. Right now I'm trying intermittent fasting and the Light meals are a great quick lunch on my fast days since most range from 240 - 269 calories.

    Amy’s are delish but my new obsession is the sweet earth burritos they have quite a few varieties including some breakfast burritos I find them to be a little more filling than Amy’s and the nutritional composition is good

    Most of them are low in protein, higher in sodium and price.

    Too small for me. I have to put them on top of a salad. Not enough protein either.
