Podrunners is what I use (I download them through I-tunes). It uses music to guide you through the walking and jogging portions. The first week has a really annoying sound between sections. They change the sound by week 2 (or 3 maybe).
Here is the website:

I completed the C25K last year from march-may. I had never run a day in my life and I was jogging for 35 minutes at the end. I highly recommend it but follow the plan, don't skip ahead! good luck!!...oh yeah I also downloaded the podcast bc this guy tells you when to walk and when to run which is easier than looking at your watch. I didnt really like the music but it worked.0

Definitely don't skip ahead. And repeat a week if you need to.
I did the Couch to 5K when I first started running. When I started, I could barely run for a minute. I thought I was going to die. At the end, I was running 30 minutes without stopping. Now, a year and a half later, I can run over 2 hours. It is an awesome running program.
I love the Couch to 5K. :happy:0 -
I've just started the couch to 5K program. I am already hooked! And I never ever thought I could possibly enjoy running. I am short, fat and have stubby little legs. But I am amazed at how every time I run it gets easier. My goal is to run/walk a half marathon in October. At first I thought this was an impossible goal, but now I can see myself actually doing it :happy:0

I am on week 4 and I love this program. I used to get out of breath just running for a minute of less. It really gets easier each time.0
