Exercise is great no matter what form you do but weight loss is created by your intake. You cannot outrun your fork. I’ve tried it myself and it didn’t work.3

I used to do Jillian DVDs exclusively and had a lot of success. I've never done the Beginner Shred, but I've done a number of her other programs. The one I saw the best results with was Body Revolution, but that may be because it is a 90 day program (as opposed to 30, or 60, or 6 weeks), so I had more time to get results. I've branched out a little now, but still have all my Jillian DVDs and will occasionally pop one in for old time's sake. Note: the only one of her DVDs I did not enjoy was Ripped in 30; her personality in that one is completely off-putting (mean and obnoxious, not the least bit motivating).0

I love JM workouts and have most of her DVDs. They’re good, but the kitchen determines your progress. I follow her group on FB. I just did her Yoga Inferno DVD yesterday.0

Really? I absolutely love the Shred with Weights (kettlebell) work out!1 -
I own a lot of her DVDs and mix & match them so I don't get bored with my work outs. My favorites are Kickboxing, Shred It with Weights, Killer Cardio, Beginner Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, Yoga Meltdown.0

@Aplant77 her form is horrendous especially her swing. If you are soing it like she is tjwre is a high injury risk0 -
My favorites are six week six pack and killers buns and thighs. They provide a good mix of cardio and strength so you’re pretty exhausted and sweaty by the end.0
