Fitbit and MFP

When MFP counts the activity from the Fitbit is it accurate? I burned 650 calories doing cardio at the gym today and it added an additional 700 from my fitbit for exercise showing 1350 calories burned. Seems a bit high to me even with 10,000 steps.

Depending on your current weight (heavier people burn more Calories per minute) and your MFP Activity Level setting (many MFP users who choose Sedentary/Not Very Active aren't really that Sedentary), the amount MFP calculates for the Fitbit Calorie adjustment could be fairly accurate.
