Late night Food

Hi all! So it's 8:15pm and I've hit the gym twice today and I'm starving. Low calorie late night snacks?

    Try something like an apple or banana with peanut butter! Healthy, delicious, and filling.

    I like cheese and crackers..
    6 Triscuits ( black pepper olive oil or smoked Gouda), 1/4 cup garlic and herb feta and 3 slices Canadian bacon for 250

    With almost 600 , you can just about have a meal! Good job!
    Maybe a bagel with a scrambled egg?
    Pudding or ice cream? ( I had ice cream cake tonight!)
    Rice and beans?

    You can do a lot with 600 calories . Just be sure to use your food scale and log accurately and you'll be fine.

    Last time I brought a watermelon home from the market,I cut it and realized it was riddled with seeds! I threw it away. I dislike the seeded ones!
