Weight loss is all about calories. Are you logging everything every day? Using a food scale? Hitting your calorie goal? Using correct entries in the database?
You should be aiming to lose @ 1 lb per week. Water weight fluctuations can hide fat loss on the scale sometimes, and one of the things that can cause water weight gain is a new exercise routine, so that might be affecting you as well.
So focus on your logging and be patient, good luck!2 -
You may need to understand the food calories better. Try to match recipes with your local cuisine, or create your own recipes. Normally we have more calories in our cooked food in South Asia.0
