New to this app since January. This is probably a daft question
I weigh in once a week on a Saturday morning, and so far I have lost 1 stone, which I am over the moon with.
This Saturday I have a night out, drinks only. Will I keep back some calories for Saturday, although that's the day I weigh in. . . Or will I consume less calories the next week after my night out? Hope that makes sense, thank you

i always 'save' calories for the weekend. look at your weekly goal, not daily.2
