What are your daily rituals or patterns for the following on a daily basis?

Food: Planning 3 delicious meals per day, scheduled around 3-4 hours apart.
Beverages/Liquids: 2 cups of water first thing in the morning, then as needed, depending on weather, salt intake etc, aiming to get in a cup or at least a sip before each meal and before brushing teeth. Only water, black coffee and unsweetened tea between meals, except if special occasion or need (or just really want). Tooth brushing acts as a natural cutoff and ensures undisturbed sleep.
Exercise: Everyday activity - walk, dance, play.

Make lunch at night (ao I don’t think about eating out the next day if I’m running late)
Filling my large water bottle when I arrive at work. I drink so much more when it’s full on my desk.0 -
Eat when I'm hungry
Drink when I'm thirsty
Exercise general day to day activities like walking, cleaning, dancing about0 -
I pack my Christmas every night, so I’m not tempted to buy lunch at work if I’m rushed in the mornings. And water at least 3 32 ounce glasses every day. Usually more.1

Christmas????? Lunches. What the crap??? Lol! I need more coffee!!! Hahaha!4

I drink a large cup of water + 2 mugs coffee every morning right after waking up, then I go run. I do IF, so I eat my first meal around noon, pretty much always the same thing: 2-3 eggs scrambled + toasted English muffin with PB2. 2-3 hours after that I have more food, 2-3 hours after that din + usually a halo top or something for dessert.
I work from home so I don’t have to worry about packing anything to go.
I like my routine. It works really well for me.
ETA: beverages include lots of water and coffee through out the day. Coffee consumption stops at noon though.1 -
I'm not a creature of habit in general. Things I want change randomly, so I sometimes have breakfast, other times I don't, I sometimes have 1-2 meals, other times I snack throughout the day. I do have a few habits that are constant: coffee every morning, eating food I love weighed and logged, and being generally active throughout the day injecting movement wherever possible.0

Food: eggs for breakfast daily/ soup/salad/sandwich for lunch / casseroles/curries/pastas for dinner / and 2 to 3 snacks per day.
Beverages/Liquids: water / tea/ coffee
Exercise: cycling x 6 days/walking whenever I can fit it into my day/strength training x 3 days
