I have started intermittent fasting,on the day one I am gaining weight I weight myself after dinner 132 lbs after 12 hours fasting I weigh 137lbs .My stomach bloated.I couldn’t sleep that night due to strong headache constantly hungry and thirsty. I ate very low carb food at night as I have started my keto at the same time. What’s going wrong?

Your weight fluctuates, and the food you eat has weight. Weigh yourself only in the morning.
Don't eat so much at once that you become uncomfortably full.
Eat enough and regularly so can sleep and don't get headaches; drink enough so you're not thirsty.
When you eat keto, you need to up your salt and water intake; failing to do so, can give you headaches.

Weigh first thing and only once per day - any more and it will drive you nuts as the scale will fluctuate wildly throughout the day with undigested food/fluids.

You're new to fasting so your bloating is happening because of the change to your food intake/choices.

Your body wants food, maybe you should have had a snack before bed? - the headache is coming from lack of food.

If you're on keto then headaches are a sign of low electrolytes. Make sure you're keeping sodium HIGH, and getting in enough magnesium and potassium... very essential if you're following keto. You need to drink a lot of water too.. Your body will not be able to hold water on keto.

Maybe IF isn't for you, or you are getting sick.

What is the goal you are trying to achieve through IF? and why did you choose IF as a way to reach it?

Stop crying! All you have to do, is eat a bit less. You can do it any way you want.
    Meal timing is pretty irrelevant.
    Meal composition is pretty irrelevant.
    Exercise is pretty irrelevant.

Use a food scale and your food diary.
Weigh the food you eat (or plan to eat) and log it.
Hit the calorie target MFP gave you.
Repeat this every day until you've lost the weight you wanted.

I always weigh moire on days I IF .... its quite amusing stating at 70kg and at the end of the fast I weigh 1.5kg more .... as soon as I eat then next morning I drop the water retention. IF stresses my body, it retains water I guess

OP, what is your goal? Burn fat? Make sure you're staying hydrated when you fast. Don't weigh yourself throughout the day, just focus on weighing yourself once a week, first thing in the morning after you use the bathroom, pick the same day each week. It takes getting used to, but eventually you'll be so used to it that you won't be hungry in the morning.

Thanks to everyone for your inputs. I would try and do some cardio from today maybe 30mins of walking. I guess I am pushing my body too hard. I would try in slow and steady trying not to be out of control. I replaced all the breads and rice from my diet counting on meats fish and veg. Green tea whenever I am getting headache. Cutting out all the sugars and store bought food I hope too see my self better position next week onwards.

Regardless of what you eat, will you be weighing your food? Will you be tracking your food and your calories intake??? Those are two fundamental questions when it comes to losing weight.

Exercise isn't necessary to lose weight. Cutting out bread and rice isn't necessary to lose weight. How are you going to cut out sugars (there's sugar even in vegetables)? Where do you get your food from (I buy mine in stores)? Green tea will do nothing for your headache, except hydrating you; why wait until you're dehydrated to amend it? If you drink enough, anything, you will stay hydrated, but you also need to eat enough.
