Another NSV!!!

I just recently realized I have ankles! But today I noticed that I no longer have fat knees lol fluid on my knees! I have always had problems with my knees since middle school from running/walking so much but I haven't had any problems out of my knees in over 2 months now! Thank God!

Yay!! I had he knee NSV about a month ago!! I hav never been able to see my "knee" and I now can! Congrats!!!0
