I have yo-yo dieted so much in my life. I have cut calories way back in the past & do it for awhile then it leads to binging on foods I would cut out. Horrible cycle. This time around it's slow but I am more consistent. I actually am eating more calories with no food restrictions. Picture on the left was last May the first week I started crossfit & the right was last week. Finally started counting macros in Aug 2017, down 35 lbs, many inches & dropped a size in clothing. (top & bottom) Excited to keep going to keep it off this time, slow & steady. 2q5pr3iywkdu.jpg
