Howdy!

Hey All! I wanted to introduce myself because I’m looking to meet some new friends that share similar interests in relationship to overall health. I’ve always been interested in living a healthier, cleaner lifestyle because of all the awesome benefits that come with it. I’m into having a positive mindset and healthy body because I feel it’s the perfect balance. I believed for several years now that the Paleo lifestyle was a great fit for me; however, I’ve always felt like my body didn’t work well with some of the foods I was missing. Mainly carbs and sodium. Because of this, my energy levels suffered and i had a hard time sticking with it. I I’ve recently circled back around to eating a more traditional balanced diet (USDA recommended) being mindful of portion size (which is why I downloaded this app) and I must say, I’m feeling better then I have in a while. Anyone else have a similar experience to this? Thanks for taking the time to read this! Namiste!

    Lots and lots of users here agree with you. "everything in moderation" is a pretty common theme here.
