Goal from starting weight is 110-118lbs, so far in 4 months have lost about 38lbs (lost more but regained a little bit on vacation). Goal is to be around 2lbs/week lost for the next 30lbs, then drop to 1lb/week for the remaining weight so I can focus on eating right. Feel free to add me6

Lost 55 in last 65 days - 45 lbs to go. Starting weight 285 lbs, goal is 185 lbs. Feel free to add me. Fair warning... I'm type A and many would say I am losing weight too fast, but this first part was planned for accelerated loss (bi-weekly blood tests and Dr visits). No magic pills... stopped drinking 2 quarts of bourbon a week (I know, I know), increase protein, lowered carbs, count calories, cardio and lifting weights. Weight is just falling off.20
