Netflix recommendations?

I'd like to start doing workouts on instant watch... any favorites? i can't do a lot of squats or lunges... i have terrible knees.

    The Crunch stuff is alright, but after doing all of them...they're all generally very ANNOYING! XD

    I have found a couple of Self workouts on Netflix. There are squats, but I have found the way they do them to not be as bad. I usually do something else during the lunges.

    Self: Slim and Sleek, Fast
    Self: Bikini Ready, Fast (more strength and toning than cardio)

    10 minute solution: Kickbox Bootcamp- I have fun with this one.
