Hi everyone. I’m just getting started on the Keto. I have managed to cut all the ties with, starches..so far...lol. I have a struggle with popcorn, and my Starbucks white mocha and iced caramel macchiato. March is my get to know the program, and get rid of the carbs. I am only allowed 20g a day....so hard. Any tips or re pies would be great.

Good luck. I was going to try the Keto diet but it is bad for people that develop kidney stones a lot. You can add me for motivation. I need it as well.0
