COPD keeps me from exercising

Doctor says losing weight will help my breathing so that's my motivation. My goal is to lose 40 lbs....or more! The more I lose the more active I can be.

Hi, Jan sounds like we're both in the same boat. I also have COPD along with bullous emphysema. I need to lose weight also doctors orders. I am new to this site joined 12th April feel free to add me maybe we can motivate each other.0

Try armchair aerobics and water aerobics.
Armchair works even if you are in a wheelchair.0 -
Go to your search engine and enter chair aerobics.
