Hi everyone! I'm Sarah, 35 from Tampa, FL. I'm a wife and mother of 3 kiddos (13 year old b/g twins and an 8 year old little girl) I am a frequent tryer and failer of getting healthy. All of my life, I've fought to lose weight and all of my life, the weight has won. Now, I live in a place where I can get out and do things and I'm tired of my weight holding me back. A recent visit to the doctor showed that I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. I'm a big fan of carbs and food in general.
As bad as it sounds, the MAJOR wakeup call for me was when my 13 year old son's blood work came back that he, too, had high cholesterol and triglycerides...he's actually UNDERweight too, which shocked me. So now, as a family, we are changing our eating habits and trying to get healthy, both by losing weight and gaining (my son).
Always glad to meet new friends!

I think it takes a wake up call for us to change... nothing changes if nothing changes... i repeat that to myself every day several times a day.... You can do it and your family can too! You can add me for support too!0
