I'm not new to MyFitnessPal in general but am new to using the Android app. I downloaded it to through Google play onto my Kindle 5th Generation 10" Fire tablet. While it took a little while to get used to using it, I still cannot for the life of me figure out how to add a meal to the previous day. Can someone help me out here please . I don't always have my laptop with me, and sometimes my memory of what I had for dinner a night or two previous slips me....LOL Thanks in advance

If you tap on the "calories remaining" bar on the top of the home page, you should see a page labeled "Today" at the top. You can scroll forward or backward using the arrows on the sides.

Right, that's where when I scroll back a day I've been going. What I want to know is from there going back a day, is how I add a meal to the previous day.

When you go to the previous day, you should see the same entry options as normal.

Thanks all. I got an email back this morning from MyFitnessPal and they said the same thing as you all did. Like I told them, that is not was I was seeing when I tried to add a food to the previous day. When I looked at it this morning however it is now showing what they and you both said. Don't know wth is going on but at least now the app is usable. Again, thanks to both of you for helping me.

Well crap! I opened up the app this morning and once again what I was seeing earlier is now back. This time I grabbed a couple of screen shots so that you could see what it is that I am seeing.18mg6y5bqpn5.png

@InfinityJohn1 Turn your phone to profile: that is the landscape view.

Do you sometimes lock the rotate feature for other apps? That might cause issues with this feature of MFP.

Don't feel too bad. Took most of us years to figure out that turning the screen sideways showed the macros for the day. I bet many here still don't know to do that.

    Wow.
Since I have never used MFP on an Android tablet, that is new to me. On a phone I use it only in portrait mode, never in landscape. And I think same apples for those few times I have used it on an iPad...
