Hi,

I’ve come back after nearly a year off and I want to change my information and get back on track.

Question can I change my calorie intake to one of my own, it does the app calculate it for you??

    Goals
    Then Click Edit on Daily Nutritional goals
    enter new calories

    Iphone
    click the ... More in the bottom right corner
    Goals
    Calorie & macronutrient goals
    Enter new calories
