So what is everyone's nutrition plan? I see a lot of super low carb plans, I don't know if that's sustainable for me. For now I try to keep under 100g of the 189g MFP recommends for me, and keep the protein high. I'm trying to keep sugars under 15g0

157 to loss you can add me if you like. I started ww 2 weeks ago tomorrow will be my 3rd weigh in first 2 weeks lost 14lbs. I need the accountability to be weighed each week and go to meetings I know this from experience, in the past I lost 130lbs with ww and gained it back thinking I could do it on my own then life took some turns and I drowned my sorrows with food. So here I go again but it's nice to talk with people who have the same struggles as you have weight being the biggest one.2

I need to lose 10 pounds, 10 times. So far, I have lost 10 pounds 3 times. I am 4 pounds away from losing another 10. It's a game I play with myself, because I know I can lose 10 pounds. Maybe silly, but it is working for me! Congrats to all of us on this journey!8
