Fave past time to avoid rubbish food

Mine out with gym tends to be a film or watching a football game.

    I don't buy rubbish food?
If I don't want to eat walking, taking a bath, going to sleep, or chewing gum are things that usually help me.

Food is not rubbish just because it tastes good. The first thing I did when revamping my diet was to identify foods that fit my program that I could snack on. I usually put one ounce of nuts into my log as my evening snack when I enter breakfast in the morning. I keep sugar free jello on hand. I love roasted seaweed. I have found a small, high fiber protein bar that I enjoy occasionally, when it fits. I have become an expert at scooping out one tablespoon of peanut butter and licking it off the spoon (still double check most times with the scale).

For when there isn't any room left in my plan:
I spend a lot of time posting here.
If I think I might be getting the munchies from boredom, I go for a short walk or practice the ukelele.

. When you look at the ingredients and there are more things you cannot identify than can... it is rubbish. You can expand it from there.

    Like dihydrogen monoxide?

Haven't ever seen water listed as anything but water.

Oh I dont even try to avoid rubbish food (leaving aside that no food is rubbish when in appropriate portions in an overall balanced diet) - but things OP has mentioned like chocolate and crisps

I just eat them less frequently and in smaller portions than before.
