Should I use my exercise points

Good morning all
I wonderered if anyone could advise if they use there exercise points? My daily calorie intake is between 12000 and 13000 but I do a hell of a lot of walking and have a fit bit so have been doing about 19000 steps,it comes up on my diary as extra to use them which is about another 800 to 1000 calories, I lost 2lb this week which I'm really pleased with but should I be eating my exercise points to burn off food (fuel) to lose a bit more or stay as I am

Thank you. Just realised I was on unactive so now changed that to active which gives me a little extra0

I'd let your fitbit adjust it and eat it back. You can also just set it as active (as you did), and see how that works.
