Gastric Bypass

Hello All,

I have struggled with my weight since I was about 14 years old. I am now 24 years old. I had gastric bypass surgery in July of 2017. I am now down a total of 86 pounds. I am 5' 7" and my highest weight was 280 pounds. I weighed in on Friday at 194. Any helpful tips from fellow gastric bypass surgery patients would be greatly appreciated.     Hi! I had gastric bypass in August 2006. I lost 101 pounds and have gained back almost everything. Take it from me...if you aren't in counseling, start!!! I didn't until just now and my relationship with food is terrible. It really helps.
    On the physical side, start an exercise regime now! Try to stay in track as much and as long as you can. When you plateau (you will...it's okay!), just keep pushing! I gave up when I plateaued and that's when I gained it back. Just keep going and you'll see the changes. :smile:
