One day at a time accountability buddy needed

I used to jog, and do it nearly 3-4x a week. Then I injured myself and haven’t been able to get back on it. I’m looking for someone who can check on on me and make sure I did at least 30 min on the treadmill. I’m committing to one day at a time.

    My name is Tina and I used to be a member a long time ago. As a result I gained weight and lost the morale to complete and maintain my goal. I now have high blood pressure and need help staying focus.

    I'm in. Not so difficult for the exercise but I have found that if I do not weigh every fricking gram of food I put in my mouth I gain weight. Every morning I wake up and have to decide "to weigh or not to weigh, that is the question". Would be great to help and be helped with a morning "Just Do It" message. Whether for exercise or staying true to the food scale a little motivation would be great.
