Anyone using low carb option?

Just signed up for premium and wondering if it is worth the $$ for low carb recipies etc?

    I've set my percentages of C/P/F in the free version, adjusted for low/very low carb. It's in the ballpark (since you can only adjust in 5% steps), but it does its job. If you want to be more precise then yes, the paid version is an option. Don't know what to say about the recipes, I think there's plenty of resources around, free or otherwise :smile:

    I’ve been dabbling in low carb for some months now and have seen my best results come from this. At first it seemed insanely hard, but then it just starts to make sense. I try to keep my carb intake below 20... 20 -25 carbs being my daily max...

    I got a question - how to I setup my goals to calc the net carbs- not sure if I set it up right

    you cant calculate it for net carbs,its only set up to track carbs.. there are browser add ons you can use, or you can edit your diary to track fiber instead of sugar and just subtract the fiber from the carbs to get net carbs. there are also net carb entries for many foods so you can try that.
