i wanna start the 30DS tomorrow, but i cant find my 5lb weights~! should i use water bottles, which i weighed at 2.5 tomorrow morning for day 1, and then buy the 5 lb weights for the rest of the 30 days, or just wait until i buy them to start?

    5lb weights were kinda killer for me at first... if I wasn't so stubborn I would have switched to 2lb weights. of course I might have been more out of shape than you :) but I'd say a 2.5lb water bottle sounds pretty good for starters!!
  • I have always used weights but I do know several people who use household items as weight because it is cheaper for them and they are getting good results.
