Hi, I started my weight loss journey December 31, 2017. By February, I had lost 8 lbs. I then had to have an unexpected surgery mid February. I was told to hold off working out for 3 weeks. I didn't gain any weight during this time, but also didn't lose any. Today I have the okay to get back to working out! I'd love to add more friends to keep each other accountable. The 3 weeks off was rough. I'll admit, I was really tempted to not start up again. I did get myself to the gym this morning, but I need all the motivation I can get! Feel free to add me
