I did my first weigh in today, I lost five lbs in my first week! woot! i decided to treat myself and took my friend out for supper to Jack Astors and had a delicious, "bad food" meal and went 621 calories over my daily goal of 1200!! I feel ok about it though cause I'm right back on it tomorrow..Do you guys treat yourself on weigh in day? do you think its ok?

I don't just because it ends up taking me 3 days to lose the bloat and food I gained from the night of overdoing it. If I didn't feel that way I sure would though.0

I have been known to overindulge too frequently. I don't specifically treat myself each weigh in though, because I would never lose anything. I plan to reward myself (in ways other than food) at the 40lb loss mark and when I reach my final goal.0

I treat myself at different times, and I don't feel guilty if I indulge at a party or some other celebration. It sounds to me like you're using food to reward yourself for a successful week, and I think that whole food as a reward mentality is what makes healthy eating so hard for so many of us, so be careful with that. Reward yourself with a new outfit, a pedicure, a maid for a day....0

i didnt really go TOO crazy I ate three buffalo chicken fingers with a tsp of blue cheese dip, a loaded baked potato and shared a choco cookie skillet, all from jack astors! the meal was larger than that, but i didnt eat three of the strips and scooped the butter off the potato!0
