Tonight was on the Elliptical for 1 mile.
Total of 3 miles so far

You guys I'm proud of you all! I played volley ball yesterday but I promise to get in at least a mile tomorrow and 4 on Wednesday that will be 9 by Wednesday!

Alright - Monday's are tough. I go right from work to school, so exercise is minimal. I did manage to get in 1.88 miles though. I am planning on putting in a few tonight though. I will meet this goal!

Today I hit the gym and did 0.54 miles on the elliptical
and the stationary bike:5.94 miles
Total miles for to day is 6.48miles0 -
Aaahhh! I am falling behind! I only got in 1.65 yesterday. I am making it a point to get caught up today - NO EXCUSES.
Totals so far for the week:
Monday: 1.86
Tuesday: 1.65
Total for week: 3.51 miles
But I have four days to go in this challenge - plenty of time to catch up!
