Breastfeeding?

If I am burning roughly 650 calories per day breastfeeding, can I count that as 30 mins of calorie burning? The average calories burned during an aerobic workout is 200-300 per 30 mins

There are quite a few breastfeeding mamas in here. If you're nursing full-time, set your account to maintenance and your baby will create the deficit for you. Don't try to overcomplicate things by trying to guess how many calories you're burning via breastfeeding. There's really no way to know and you want to make sure you're feeding yourself well and getting enough nutrients. Some days you'll burn more calories and sometimes less. You'll lose weight as nature intended if you track your calories at maintenance. I personally recommend not losing more than a pound a week. I'm way too hungry and drained of energy otherwise.1
