how to stay on track

Hi everyone!
I'm fairly new to MFP and I feel that I've been doing pretty good with my new lifestyle change. However the past two weeks I've been having such a hard time making good choices and sticking to my healthy diet. I've lost 24 pounds so far and my goal is to lose 50. I find that when I'm at work I make good choices and it's easy to stay under my calorie goal, my problem is when I get home from work and on the weekends. My question to you guys is how do you stay on track with busy lives, work, children etc.?

    I pre-plan my meals. If I know I am going out for a nice sit down dinner, I eat light and save calories for the meal.

    I meal prep too. It has helped me tremendously!
