I’m new to macro.
Anyone would like to share his profile/or be friend on MFP so I can understand how to hit the protein and carbs goals?

    Are you asking for percentages? What kind of nutrition balance are you going for? Example, I’m on Keto and run 70/25/5 Fat/Protein/Carbs

    My macro is 131P 101 C 71F (following IIFYM calculator)
    What I’m asking is if I can see a weekly type menu...what are you eating to reach your keto?

    Foods/diets will be highly individual. Most people, at least getting started, pre-log foods into their diary so they can see how all teh foods add up, both in terms of overall calories and individual macros. Then they swap foods in and out until the numbers add up correctly. At that point, they have a plan for the day and just need to eat according to plan.

    My dairy is open if you want to take a look, but my macro goals are pretty different from yours, so I'm not sure how helpful it will be. My diet also isn't very healthy/balanced, so I wouldn't recommend it to most people.
