I love Skinnytaste.com. Everything I've made tastes great!
    I second this!

3rd!! BUT I've had to go elsewhere since I'm newly vegan, there are only a couple vegan items listed there and one has honey; not vegan silly Gina!

4th! The recipes are great, really love it!
    Also I will add http://www.healthfulpursuit.com/
Very easy, original and healthy recipes.

5th!!! everything I have tried (and it's a lot trust me!) has been WONDERFUL!! My coworkers love me now because I always bring in extra baked goods that aren't terrible for you!!

I am addicted to the Biggest Loser Cookbooks, I have made the meatloaf, pork tenderloin, burgers, etc.
Everything I have made from them is awesome.
Books are cheap to buy also.

RECENT MADE SWEET AND SPICY PORK TENDERLOIN

    1 PORK TENDERLOIN (aprrox. 1 1/4lb)
    Allspice 1/2 tsp
    Cumin 1/2 tsp
    Salt 1/2tsp

    Pepper 1/2tsp
    Garlic Powder 1/8 tsp
    Onion Powder 1/8 tsp
    Cayenne 1/8 tsp
Mix together, rub 1 tbsp olive oil over tenderloin and then roll in above mix.
Place in fridge , covered with sarah for at least 15 min.

Mix in bowl, preheat non stick skillet to med/high.
Add 1 tbsp oil and fry meat 1 min per side.

Then mix together 1 tbsp honey , 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce (franks is what i use)

Place in preheated oven 350 for approx 15 -18 min until registered done.

Tried remembering this from memory so will double check when i go home.

It tastes almost like BBQ, i added a little shake of soya just before popping in oven.
