Hi,

How bad is it if I eat chicken and rice 2-4 times a week, would that affect my weight loss plan?

    It's only "bad" if it causes you to go over your calorie goal (and if it does, then just eat smaller portions).

    Weight loss success is determined whether or not you're in a calorie deficit, not individual foods/meals you're eating.

    I agree with the above post. I am an extremely picky eater. When I find something that i like that fits my calorie goal, i tend to stick with it until I grow tired of eating it. I can eat the same thing for weeks before I get tired of it.

    eat what ever you like as long as it fits into your calorie goals.

    It's not bad at all if you're sticking to a calorie deficit over the week as a whole. Might get a little bit boring in the long run though, unless you really enjoy chicken and rice.
