Any postpartum mommies trying to get in shape?

I've got about 50 lbs to lose to get back to my pre baby weight. Then I'd like to lose an additional 30! I've found it a real challenge to find motivation as a new mom. Any other new moms (or women looking to lose the same amount of weight) want to be friends/start a group?

I'm 8 months pp with my second child in two years. I'm eating better and starting really working out about 5 weeks ago. You can add me if you'd like. I have an open diary for friends and log daily.
I've got about 15 lbs to lose to get back to my pre-preg weight.

I’m 2 weeks postpartum with my first baby and I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight (I only gained 18 pounds). But I was overweight to begin with so it’s not as impressive as it sounds. I really want to use my maternity leave to develop some good eating and exercise habits but I’m having a hard time not giving in to my old cravings, especially with breastfeeding. I also had a pretty traumatic delivery and am unable to do much more than a slow walk around the block. MFP has worked for me in the past...hopefully it will again.
