    BUMP now i'm 27. Still in McLean, though, anybody want to run by the canal sometime? I try to run about 6 miles at a 10 minute mile pace. i can run shorter and faster, or longer and slower though! I'm trying to get my mileage up to 10 miles, my best is 7.5. I ran around some sweet high school track in Arlington last month, too, I forget the name. ANYWAYS, if anyone wants to meet up and exercise with me sometime I'd love the company.
