I'm almost at my goal but have been so happy with my weight that I started binge eating all my cals in one quick disgusting feast... today I'll stop but will find it hard at night, would love some support! Plz add ^_^0

I did the same thing. Had a migraine and one of the few things that helps sometimes is eating a large meal. I went ahead and logged everything I ate. To see the actual numbers. Do you log it in? Are there any low calorie, healthy foods that you can have on hand to snack on when you feel like binging or another activity?0 -
