    I don't know how possible it will be for me to lose 30lbs by June 1st since I'm starting this in March, but let's try anyway!

    challenge starting / current weight: 195
    challenge / june 1st goal weight: 165 (170-175 is probably more realistic, but it IS a challenge!)

    Get stuck in. You will lose lard and be all the more healthy as a result.

    This week I hit my mini goal which I set in jan to lose 32lbs the time I turned 32 (which will be on Tuesday!) at the beginning of March I didn’t think I would manage it, but this morning I hit it!! Yay.

    This weeks challenges have been chocolate. Haha. I went vegan at the beginning of jan, and IMO vegan chocolate tastes pretty bad, hence I didn’t eat it for ages but this week I realised it will do haha. So no more for me.

    I also have my birthday party this weekend so alcohol and cake will feature, so I fully expect to gain some back next week, BUT it’s a marathon not a sprint and as an exception I can gain a pound back, and I am learning to be ok with that. Happy Thursday everyone

    You are going to have to “shock” your body ( not as bad as it sounds!); maybe cut 100cals, or move a bit more - walking, running, yoga, cycling....whatever.., then you will start losing again. You’re body is an adaptable piece of engineering beauty, it gets used to things relatively quickly.
