What specifically are you finding hard this time? Are you trying to change too much too fast?0

Go big or go home. Except in the fitness and weight loss area. You start with small steps. Each day a new small step forward. Today you eat less than the day before. Skip that donut in the company break room. Maybe tomorrow you start eating more vegetables and less bread, potatoes and rice.
You pick a parking stall further out than you normally would. You take the elevator up, but take the stairs down.
Just do one thing better today than you did yesterday. Each one adds to the others until you start to notice a difference. Sometime after that others will notice a difference as well.
If you slip up, just do better tomorrow. If you go crazy in the All-You-Can-Eat Chinese buffet, don't quit. Tomorrow you can just get back on track and keep going.
You can do this. You are good enough to reach your goals.5 -
