Milanesa steak question

Anyone know what cut milanesa steak is? The butcher told me it is leaner than flank. The steaks are really, really thin. I was thinking of making fajitas out of them but not sure of the nutrition. I've searched online and still haven't come up with anything. Help?!

I actually have some milanesa in my freezer. The package says it is "beef top round extra thin cut for milanesa"

Thank you so much! Now I can check the facts to make sure that it is okay to cook.

    Have a great Monday!

Top round is right. It's a nice cut to pound out and cook as a cutlet. You could also use sirloin in a pinch.

Flank is way too grainy and wouldn't get thin enough. It's delicious...just doesn't work very well for this purpose.
