So tired. I should have taken a rest day from the gym and slept in.
Also slept like crap because I kept dreaming that I couldn't move unless I was eating raw meat that I had hidden in my shirt. It was as frustrating as it was confusing.1 -

Feeling down in the dumps. My weight has not budged since last week when I started weight training again. This always seems to happen when I start working out more and it has me thinking, why bother?? I keep telling myself it's water weight from the soreness I have.
Also, my skinny jeans felt more uncomfortable this morning.1 -

You're muscles are like 70% water as it is... So if you were depleted and at a deficit before... It's likely water mass being stored in the tissue.
