I have been but can’t today cause I have to drive myself to a dr appt

So tired. I should have taken a rest day from the gym and slept in.
Also slept like crap because I kept dreaming that I couldn't move unless I was eating raw meat that I had hidden in my shirt. It was as frustrating as it was confusing.1 -
