Anyone else feel like P90x2 missed the lower abs?

I am almost done with p90x2. I was in really good shape to begin with. I just like doing exercise programs. Everything looks and feels tightened especially my obliques. However, I have a little bit of a potbelly that wasn't there before. I'm not sure if this appeared because the rest of my abs are so tight or my lower abs were missed. Anyone else notice this? Any ideas how to fix it? BTW, I'm a 43 year old woman who has had 3 kids. Body fat 19% Muscle mass about 40%.

    There really isn't such a thing as lower abs. Or at least not the ability to separate and target upper vs lower. The little pot belly you speak of is just where your body happens to carry fat, extremely common.

    Kudos to you for completing P90x2. That was a mishmash of some of the most bizarre exercises ever invented. Beachbody should pay for your liposuction for just completing the program, lol.
