nighttime eating!

I wake up around 1230-130 and im starving. I work nights 3-4 nights a week. and days 5 days aweek so my schedule is hectic. any suggestions.

First, are you sure you're eating enough? What is your calorie goal, what is your goal for weight loss each week, and what are you actually losing per week?
If your calorie goal is sufficient, have you tried just saving calories for later in the evening?0 -

My calorie goal is 1200 cal per day to lose 2 pds per week. I started at 164 I've lost 3rd in 3 weeks to 161 now.0

You're waking up hungry because you aren't eating enough. 1,200 is the minimum amount of calories most women should eat and you're at that *and* losing faster than expected. Choose a more reasonable goal for weight loss per week and you'll get more calories per day. This should help.0 -
