So I had a rough unhealthy day... I wasn’t going to log but I decided to anyway. I went over 666 calories! Nothing but the devil! Lol!!

Or don't do anything, 1 day of overeating is only a small blip on the radar. You don't get fat overnight just like you can't get skinny overnight. Now if the OP does this on a regular basis, that's a different story.2
